This web site is owned by the Staunton Military Academy Alumni Association, Inc. a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Site development and maintenance is provided by Mark Orr, SMA '73 of Virginia Beach, VA by agreement with the SMAAA Executive Board.

Only the Association's Executive Board and the members thereof have the authority to speak for or take positions on behalf of the Association.

Please note that the SMAAA specifically prohibits any individual from harvesting emails and sending unrelated and unnecessary communications to individuals listed on the SMA Alumni Association site without their expressed and written approval.
